Womens Self Defense Course 10/12/24

This self defense course has been designed specifically for women and children.  The course covers physical defense training and is inclusive of situational awareness and threat identification training.  The course addresses daily routine modifications individuals should take to help to secure their safety, escaping attackers, and coping with the aftermath of violent encounters.  Please dress comfortably, preferably athletic attire, bring a light lunch, snacks, and plenty to drink.  If you have any questions about the course please contact us at 276-694-2408, email training@rekkrtactical.us or message us on our facebook page Rekkr Tactical Concepts.
