DWAYNE WRIGHT
Owner, Trainer
As the founder of Rekkr Tactical Concepts Mr. Wright is an individual who believes in training that goes beyond the normal everyday idea of training. A career in protective services started out through years of martial arts training inclusive of Krav Maga, Jujitsu, and combatives. Mr. Wright has served in Law Enforcement since 2008 and has provided individuals and business clients with protective services since 2004. Mr. Wright serves as SWAT/ Sniper, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Patrol Rifle Instructor, and Physical Training Instructor for Law Enforcement. He is a certified NRA instructor, entrepreneur, and security professional with one goal in mind, help others to protect themselves.

Armed with the goal of offering well rounded forms of training in the southern region of Virginia, Mr. Wright developed Rekkr Tactical Concepts LLC. to provide training options which are designed to enhance: physical fitness, personal health, existing skills, to provide knowledge and training for their own self defense.
Alex Sausnock
Trainer
A U.S. Army Veteran ​​Mr. Sausnock brings to Rekkr Tactical his background as a scout sniper, serving in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan from 2004-2009. Immediately following his service he again deployed to the Middle East to operate as a private security contractor for Triple Canopy and IDS. While contracting overseas Mr. Sausnock performed dignitary protection services and operated on the Counter Assault Team.

Seasoned with combat experience and adapted skills through years of training, Mr. Sausnock filled his down time with physical fitness and conditioning, his passion for it led him to share his knowledge with others as a personal trainer, assisting and motivating them to push through their barriers and reach limitless goals.
Adam Presley

Greg Johnson
Trainer
Mr. Johnson currently holds NRA instructor certifications in Home Firearm Safety, Pistol Shooting, Personal Protection in the Home, and is a NRA certified Range Safety Officer.

Mr. Johnson served his country with 20 years as enlisted U.S. Army Special Forces (Jumpmaster, Military Freefall, Air Assault, CQB Instructor, SOT) with extensive experience in Asia, South and Central America, the Pacific, and northern Europe. He is a Certified High-Risk Environment Driving Instructor, Surveillance and Surveillance Detection Instructor and is currently a contract consultant to the DoD for specialized training. Always looking to fill any voids in his time off Mr. Johnson spends his free time as a Volunteer firefighter in Floyd County, and he is an avid motorcyclist/kayaker/bicyclist, so make sure to take part in your training when this outstanding gentleman is available.​​
Jonathan Fulcher
Trainer
U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Mr. Fulcher is a very motivated young member of the REKKR team. As a Combat Engineer Sergeant, he trained both Marines and foreign security forces in multiple disciplines to include marksmanship, basic explosives, explosive breaching, and Marine Corps Martial Arts. After serving five years, with a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Mr. Fulcher turned his focus to his law enforcement. He currently serves as a Law Enforcement Officer, SWAT team member, and Federal Law Enforcement Task Force Officer.
Mr. Fulcher’s motivation and desire to help others improve themselves is a valuable asset to both current and future clients. ​
Robert Gillespie
Trainer
Mr. Gillespie is a US Army veteran. He has worked in the Middle East in support of various US government contracts. During his time overseas he worked in high threat Diplomatic Security. He also served as a trainer, mentor and an advisor to Iraqi police emergency response team. Mr. Gillespie has 15 years experience as a law enforcement SWAT operator/sniper. He is an active shooter response instructor and firearms instructor.
D.W. Davis
Trainer
Mr. Davis is a current law enforcement Captain with 18 years of experience. He believes you must train like you fight, because you will fight like you trained. He has 16 years of SWAT experience and currently serves as the Team Commander of a 25 operator SWAT team. He is a former Team Commander of a Search and Recover SCUBA team where he achieved the level PADI Divemaster.

He holds instructor certifications in the following disciplines, Law Enforcement Sniper (basic, advanced and .50/.338 caliber hard target), D.C.J.S. Firearms, D.C.J.S. Defensive Tactics, Tactical Shotgun, Combined Tactical Systems Flash-Bang and Ballistics Breaching, N.C.B.R.T./ D.H.S Active Shooter Response.
Mr. Davis has over 10 years of instructional experience, during this time he developed and instructed numerous courses to include, Law Enforcement Sniper/Precision Rifle Operator, Semi-Auto Sniper Systems, Basic SWAT School and Officer Survival.
Robert Sumner
Trainer
While serving in the United States Army, Robert was employed predominantly as a sniper. During his time in the United States military, he deployed 4 times to Iraq and Afghanistan as a sniper and sniper section leader. Upon completion of his time as a sniper section leader, he was selected to become an Instructor at the United States Army sniper school in Fort Benning, GA. While Robert was instructing at sniper school, he was recruited by the Army Marksmanship Unit as a firearms instructor where he predominantly instructed the special operations community as a subject mater expert. Robert currently possesses a BFFOC certification through the Department of State as a Firearms Instructor and Dedicated Defensive Marksman Firearms Instructor.
